Nomination Terms

The following terms and conditions must be complied with in order to proceed with the International Kids Awards Nomination process:

1. Age Eligibility: All applicants must be 18 years old or below when submitting nominations for the International Kids Awards.

2. Category Limitation: Each participant can apply for only one category per application. For multiple categories, separate applications are required.

3. Submission Method: Entries must be submitted exclusively through the official International Kids Awards website. Submissions through other means will not be considered.

4. Evaluation by Jury: Entries will be confidentially evaluated by a jury appointed by International Kids Awards . The jury’s decisions are final and cannot be contested.

5. Evaluation Criteria: Entries will be assessed based on criteria including age, talent, dedication, uniqueness, and impact.

6. Results Communication: Results will be communicated to participants through email or other means chosen by International Kids Awards .

7. Bundle Fees: Participants opting for Honors or Spotlight bundles may be subject to a non-refundable fee.

8. Award Delivery: Winners choosing bundles will have awards conveniently delivered to their locations. In the case of an unserviceable location, participants are responsible for arranging pickup from a serviceable location.

9. Promotional Use: By submitting entries, participants grant International Kids Awards permission to use their name, photographs, videos, and provided information for promotional purposes.

10. Disqualification: International Kids Awards reserves the right to disqualify entries violating rules or terms, leading to immediate participant disqualification and forfeiture of any awards or recognition.
